Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care. Handle dry cleaning tasks for delicate or specialized garments as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry detergents, ensuring all materials are stocked and properly stored. Follow safety protocols during cleaning and laundry processes to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly. Adhere to all health and hygiene regulations to guarantee a sanitary environment for guests and staff. Requirements Proven experience in laundry services, cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning procedures. Ability to operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
