Housekeeper

Housekeeping Aide - Long Term Care Facility We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeping Aide to join our team at our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors while demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. This is an evening position (3-11).

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas. Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times. Empty trash and replace liners. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas. Replenish supplies as needed. Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and spills. Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance concerns. Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred, preferably in healthcare or long-term care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Reliable attendance and positive attitude. Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
