About Us Empire Haul & Clean is a growing cleaning and junk removal company serving Poughkeepsie and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential cleaning, luxury home cleaning, office cleaning, move-in/move-out services, Airbnb turnovers, and property cleanouts. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating outstanding experiences for our customers. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Complete deep cleans, recurring maintenance cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean kitchens and bathrooms Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Communicate professionally with customers and team members Safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies Assist with light organizing and special cleaning requests Occasionally assist with property cleanouts and junk removal projects Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and punctuality required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
