Innkeeper/Housekeeper

Dependable part-time Innkeeper/housekeeper needed to carry out the day to day operations of a busy bed and breakfast. This position is physically demanding and requires long hours on your feet. Reliability and a positive attitude are a must. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work (cleaning, laundry and kitchen work), takes pride in details, and is comfortable interacting with guests. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms Set-up and manage breakfast buffet and coffee service Continually wash and fold laundry Assist with breakfast preparation work Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests Assist with guest check-in/check-out as needed Respond to in-house guest calls and questions Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting (~35 lbs.), bending, climbing stairs (3 story building) and standing for extended periods Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning Food handling experience Experience serving in a fine dining atmosphere is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team Friendly, effective, professional communication and customer-service mindset A positive attitude dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences Reliable transportation and consistent attendance a must Availability to work holidays a must Benefits/Perks Shared Gratuities Supportive small-team environment How to Apply Apply on Indeed or email with your resume (or brief work history) and availability.
