For more, visit hudco.co. Our values
Work, Life, and Well-being Are All Connected:
It is all one existence, no matter how we try to slice it. Better to blend it all together to ensure maximum enjoyment and longevity.
And We Are All Connected:
Taking care of one another and the environment we share helps bring us health and happiness. We give back, we minimize impact, and we strive to do better.
Rising Tides Lift All Boats:
Being a part of a community of strong, talented, and diverse people inspires each individual to grow. We believe in collaboration, not competition. A HudCo Attendant ensures our space is always running smoothly, looking beautiful, and feeling welcoming. With your attention to detail and love for hospitality, you'll keep the environment clean, stocked, and comfortable so our members and guests can do their best work. You're proactive — you notice what needs doing before being asked — and you're willing to do the less-than-glamorous tasks that make everything hum. If you're looking for a role where you can spend time in a creative, stunning, light-filled space and be part of a community you actually care about, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Ensure the entire space is always ready for business (and pleasure!) by following a detailed checklist each shift with care and attention to detail. Perform cleaning, tidying, and restocking throughout the space. Check restrooms regularly throughout your shift to ensure they're clean, stocked, and guest-ready. Prepare coffee throughout the day and keep the pantry stocked and inviting. Support clients during their visit — ensuring their setup is ready, checking in throughout the day, and making sure they have everything they need. Collect trash and recycling and dispose of it in outside trash dumpsters. Load/unload the dishwasher (often multiple times daily) and refill the water cooler. Distribute clean linens throughout the space. Notice and report maintenance issues, equipment problems, or anything that needs attention — you're our additional eyes and ears in the space. Vacuum and dust prior to opening. Support events setup and breakdown, which often means moving furniture. Be present, be warm, and be helpful. Welcome members and guests by name, anticipate needs, and make people feel like they belong. Assist customers who visit our pop-up retail shops. Why You'll Want to Work Here Competitive hourly pay Small, friendly staff Calm, beautiful work environment in the Rivertowns Inclusive community Preferred Qualifications Hospitality or customer service experience preferred, but not required Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable on your feet and moving through the space throughout a shift
