Our team is paid primarily through performance-based commission, and most of our cleaners consistently earn above the standard hourly rate. Our most productive employees make up to about $25.00/hour before tips and mileage reimbursement . We also provide a guaranteed hourly minimum, so as a full-time employee , you'll never earn less than $16.50/hour or $100/day (whichever is higher) + mileage reimbursement Merry Maids also offers a variety of bonuses for Attendance, Customers Referrals, Customer Conversions and Employee Referrals!
