Hotel Houseperson - Part Time

Hampton Inn Fishkill is hiring for a Hotel Houseperson position. This is a part time roll, Part time - 2 days a week: 9am to 5pm We offer a competitive wage, daily meal, medical and 401k benefits. The duties and responsibilities of a Houseperson typically include: Clean and maintain public areas of the establishment like lobbies, hallways, and restrooms Assist room attendants by removing trash and dirty linens from guest rooms Restock supplies such as toiletries, linen and other amenities in rooms and common areas Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally Perform deep-cleaning tasks, like carpet shampooing or washing windows, as needed Move and arrange furniture, and turn mattresses periodically Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor May assist with laundry duties like washing, drying, and folding linens
