Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning to ensure a pristine environment Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled times or as directed Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment Join us in creating a clean, safe, and inviting space!
