Housekeeper (Per diem)

Glen Cove Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has openings for Per diem Housekeepers Per diem shifts avialable: Weekdays/Weekends 7AM-3PM and Weekends 3-11pm

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

(Including but not limited to): Perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping department in accordance with State, Federal, Health and Company standards. Must follow instructions by the Director of Housekeeping Services, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe manner. Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, in restrooms, recreational areas, etc., daily as instructed. Discard waste/trash in proper containers and reline trash receptacles with a plastic liner. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds. Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as possible

QUALIFICATIONS

Managing time effectively and having good organizational skills. English Proficiency.
