Job description:

Hotel Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:

Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees. Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to company standards. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up. Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways. Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed. Report any maintenance issues immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Uphold the company "Lost and Found" Policy. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, squatting, walking, pushing and lifting heavy objects if required.
