Full-time days, Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:30p (40 hrs/wk), consistent schedule, weekends and holidays as needed/scheduled
Compensation:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a Housekeeper you will:
Keep resident apartments and shared spaces feeling fresh and comfortable by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing with care; Clean and sanitize appliances, fixtures, and furniture so residents feel safe and valued in their home; Ensure restrooms, locker rooms, and hand-sanitizing stations are always well stocked and ready for use; Launder, fold, and stock bedspreads and linens; Follow Longview's high standards for cleanliness and safety, including NYS DOH guidelines, to protect our community; Use a computerized work management system to keep track of the spaces you've completed—helping the team stay organized and connected; Pitch in with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of a community where every role makes a meaningful difference.
Benefits:

Requirements:
At least 18 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Complete assigned work from a job list with minimal supervision and coaching; Relate positively and work effectively with other people in a team situation; Able to push, pull, lift, and carry laundry bags, heavy boxes, and/or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, frequently bending, stooping, and reaching; Familiarity with common housekeeping methods, materials, and equipment - or a willingness to learn; Previous housekeeping experience, especially in a healthcare or senior living setting, preferred; Satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical, including a tuberculin skin test or blood assay.
