Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor hygiene throughout the hotel. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other shared spaces with attention to detail. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly. Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy while delivering exceptional custodial service. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Experience with industrial cleaning or hospitality environments is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy supplies.
