Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards. Carry out industrial cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction through timely and efficient cleaning services. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures. Skills Strong background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management principles is advantageous.
