Job Summary Northern Living is hiring reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers for our luxury vacation rental properties Weekend-focused, seasonal role with training provided prior to the start of the season Great fit for teachers, moms, or anyone looking for consistent seasonal weekend work with a supportive team

Schedule Seasonal:

• October Training begins in the spring Days needed: Thursday
• Sunday, with potential for additional shifts Monday
• Wednesday Friday
• Sunday availability is required Typical shifts: 8:00 AM
• 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM
• 4:00 PM Must be available every weekend through Labor Day Schedule is posted on Fridays for following week Pay Day is weekly (Fridays) Responsibilities Clean and prepare vacation rental homes between guest stays Perform mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing Change linens and restock essentials Ensure homes meet Northern Living quality standards Report damages, maintenance issues, or low supplies Travel between properties as needed Maintain outdoor spaces including cleaning grills, porches, and exterior areas Requirements Reliable transportation required Smartphone required to punch in/out and communicate with team members and management Ability to travel between job sites and pick up supplies if needed Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and on a team Dependable and punctual About Northern Living Northern Living manages over 50 luxury vacation rentals in the Lake George region Focused on delivering high-quality guest experiences through clean, well-maintained homes Working Interview Process As part of our hiring process, we schedule two paid working interview days within the same week.

During these shifts, you'll: Get a hands-on look at the role and daily responsibilities Work alongside our team to understand our systems and expectations Demonstrate your cleaning skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team These are fully paid shifts ($20/hour). Please note, while the goal is to complete both working interview days, we may decide not to move forward after the first shift if it's clear the role is not the right fit. After both working interview days are completed, we'll connect to review how everything went. If both you and our team feel it's a good fit, we move forward with the hiring process.
