Job Description

Job Description:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and cleanliness according to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, including changing bed linens, dusting, and mopping. Clean and sanitize showers, tubs, toilets, and vanities while replacing used towels and toiletries. Stock, organize, and sanitize housekeeping supply carts. Maintain the cleanliness of back-of-house spaces, elevators, stairwells, and sometimes the lobby or fitness centers. Respond to special guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, towels, amenities) in a friendly, efficient manner. Report any damaged fixtures, safety issues, or maintenance needs to management and maintenance.
Must Haves:
Ability to stand for full shifts Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and guest service skills Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push, and pull weights of up to 50 pounds. High physical stamina requires frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout an entire shift. Ability to work efficiently to clean between 15 to 20 rooms in an 8-hour shift (averaging about 20 to 30 minutes per room).
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
