Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Houseman, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate the guest experience and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. In this vital role, you will support housekeeping operations by maintaining pristine environments, ensuring all areas are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Your proactive approach and dedication will help create a memorable stay for every guest, fostering a positive and vibrant atmosphere throughout the property. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, public areas, and service spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and maintenance to ensure a spotless appearance Assist with linen delivery, stocking supplies, and replenishing amenities to support housekeeping staff Maintain cleanliness of utility closets, storage areas, and service corridors to uphold safety and organization standards Support industrial cleaning tasks in larger facilities or specialized areas as needed Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use Respond promptly to requests from housekeeping or management to address specific cleaning or maintenance needs Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with hotel or hospitality operations enhances your ability to meet guest expectations Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning procedures Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us in creating welcoming spaces where comfort meets excellence!
