Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The work schedule for this position will require flexibility for training and shift coverage.
There are two positions:
one AM shift and one PM shift Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring linens are cleaned and properly stored. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality environment. Experience Previous experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred. Background in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
