We provide residential, commercial, Airbnb, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in New York City and surrounding areas. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, arrive on time, respect clients' homes, and know how to clean with care and attention to detail. Experience is preferred, but we are also open to training the right person. Duties Clean residential homes, apartments, offices, and Airbnb spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Clean mirrors, counters, sinks, appliances, floors, and other assigned areas Organize spaces when requested by the client Follow cleaning checklists and company instructions Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely Respect client homes, privacy, and personal belongings Report any damages, problems, or special client requests to management Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible Must have strong attention to detail Must be respectful inside clients' homes and businesses Must be able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists Must be able to work independently or with a team Must have good communication skills Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required Must be comfortable traveling to different job locations Must be honest, professional, and trustworthy Company Expectations At A&Q Cleaning Services LLC, we expect all team members to represent the company with professionalism. Employees must arrive clean, presentable, and ready to work. Good behavior, respect, honesty, and responsibility are required to stay with the company. Employees are expected to treat every client's home with care, avoid using personal phones during work unless necessary, and follow all company rules and cleaning standards. Schedule Full-time, part-time, seasonal, and independent cleaner opportunities may be available. Schedule may vary depending on client bookings.
