Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with attention to hygiene and presentation. Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques suitable for different surfaces. Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly. Follow established health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms efficiently. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold facility standards. Experience Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly preferred; experience in hotel or industrial cleaning environments is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and custodial practices. Familiarity with hotel operations or custodial management enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
