Job Description

Hotel HousekeeperOverview Join our team at Hampton Inn Seneca Falls as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help create an exceptional guest experience. In this important role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while upholding Hilton brand standards. Your dedication directly impacts guest satisfaction and helps ensure our hotel remains a preferred destination for travelers visiting the Finger Lakes region. Duties Clean and service guest rooms according to Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards. Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean bathrooms, and sanitize high-touch surfaces. Replenish guest room amenities, towels, linens, and toiletries. Vacuum carpets and rugs throughout the hotel to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Remove trash and transport soiled linens to designated laundry areas. Assist with laundry operations as needed, including folding, organizing, and stocking linens and towels. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items and report them promptly. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supply closets in an organized manner. Work efficiently to meet daily productivity standards while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests and coworkers. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Ability to follow Hilton brand standards and hotel procedures. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business demands require.
