Job Details The Environmental Services Aide is responsible for performing hospital wide cleaning duties per established policies and procedures as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Practice efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions, equipment and tools.
• Perform all cleaning, floor care and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor
• Perform related services, such as bed moves, changing mattresses, stocking supplies, etc.
• Maintain high standards; works steadily at efficient pace; achieves high QA score
• Assist other associates as necessary.

Responds to direction as provided.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or relevant experience required
• Must be detail oriented with excellent customer service skills
• One to two years of housekeeping or service worker experience is preferred
• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.

Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing or safety equipment Posted Salary Range USD $22.40 - USD $22.40 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
