OVERVIEW
We are a premier, high-end hospitality resort specializing in luxury weddings and private events. In our world, "clean" is not just a standard—it is part of the magic. We are "boots-on-the-ground" owners who take immense pride in our property, and we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper who shares our obsession with detail, presentation, and hospitality.
THE ROLE
As our main Housekeeper during peak event times, you are responsible for the flawless presentation of the estate's interiors, guest accommodations, and public spaces. Working under the direct guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Event Director, you will ensure the estate is immaculate before guests arrive, remains pristine during operations, and is efficiently reset for the next event. This is an active, fast-paced, and high-pressure role.
Key Responsibilities Event-Ready Turn-Downs:
Execute immaculate cleaning and staging of luxury guest accommodations, ensuring linens, amenities, and details meet a 5-star standard. Live-Event Upkeep (Indoor & Outdoor): Discretely maintain the cleanliness of public spaces and restrooms during live events. This includes indoor areas as well as outdoor event spaces, patios, and immediate surroundings.
Post-Event Turnover & Reset:
Once guests depart, work diligently under leadership to execute the deep cleaning, turnaround, and meticulous preparation of all rooms and spaces to ensure the property is fully prepped and ready for the next scheduled event. The "Hospitality Eye": Actively look for details that others miss—a smudge on a glass door, a misaligned pillow, or a low amenity stock—and fix them proactively.
Team Collaboration:
Work dynamically alongside our Runners, Grounds crew, and Management team to support the fast-moving logistics of wedding days.

The Schedule :
- This position strictly requires working Wednesday through Sunday

The Pace:
You must possess the physical stamina to stand, walk, and move across a large property for extended periods, maintaining energy and a positive attitude during high-pressure event windows.
The Attitude:
A true "service heart." You take personal pride in your work, handle high-stress situations with composure, and understand that no detail is too small. Qualifications 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a luxury boutique hotel, high-end private estate, or premium event venue. Exceptional eye for detail and organizational skills. Absolute discretion, professionalism, and a clean, presentable appearance around high-net-worth guests. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the estate (essential for our schedule).
