Housekeeper The Best Western Inn & Suites Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitize bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health regulations. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Experience Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of custodial duties, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care methods will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
