Job Description
A couple in Orange County, New York, is seeking an experienced and proactive Live-in Housekeeper to oversee the care and maintenance of their 8,000-square-foot estate. Responsibilities Perform detailed housekeeping and maintain the residence to a high standard Manage laundry, linen care, and wardrobe organization Monitor household supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed Ensure the home remains organized, clean, and guest-ready Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and the on-site caretaker as needed Report maintenance issues and oversee service appointments when appropriate Provide attentive care for two German Shepherds, assist with feeding, exercise, and general well-being of the animals Anticipate the principals' needs and provide proactive assistance Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the household Qualifications Strong housekeeping and laundry skills Experience caring for dogs Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality Valid driver's licenses and clean driving records
