Responsibilities:

Complete assigned maintenance and housekeeping tasks to assist the maintenance department in keeping our facility clean and safe. Take and follow procedures for new cleaning/maintenance requests. Provide assistance to maintenance director in keeping inventory of stock and disbursing stock as needed. Provide customer service to residents, guests and co-workers while completing assigned tasks and working throughout the building. Qualifications Verbal and written English skills. Skills with being detail orientated, time management and professionalism . No labor specific experience is necessary but willingness to learn basic cleaning and organizational tasks. Complete medical physical exam, with TB test (provided by Tennyson Court) Pass NYS Department of Health background check.
