We take pride in professionalism, reliability, and creating a five-star experience for every client. We're looking for dependable, positive individuals who enjoy cleaning and want the flexibility of working as an independent contractor. Responsibilities Perform residential cleanings, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean kitchens and bathrooms. Make beds and tidy living spaces. Follow company cleaning checklists and standards. Arrive on time and communicate professionally with clients and management. Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions immediately. Treat every home with respect and confidentiality. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude. Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Perform every cleaning as if you are always on camera. Qualifications Previous residential or hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is required. Valid driver's license. Smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail. Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
