Salon & Spa Support Specialist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salon & Spa Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our salon and spa facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the salon and spa, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Ensure that all equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. Stock supplies in treatment rooms and common areas to ensure availability for staff and clients. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with other staff members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the facility. Experience Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; experience in a hotel or spa setting is a plus. Familiarity with custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and janitorial equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality-focused environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing time effectively. Experience in housekeeping management is desirable but not required.
