Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to keep them pristine and safe. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and courteously. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment; this includes disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Support housekeeping management with inventory control and scheduling to optimize workflow and service quality. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising teams is a plus but not required. Certification in cleaning or hospitality-related fields can enhance your application.
