The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. As a Hotel Housekeeper or Houseman, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. As Bistro Attendant, you will ensure the food and beverage experience of guests is upheld and the area remains fulfilled with product and tidy. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established procedures. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping and/or management is required. Familiarity with hospitality standards in a hotel environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
