As a vital member of our hospitality or cleaning services team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment by performing thorough cleaning, sanitation, and organizational tasks. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional service, making every space feel fresh, inviting, and well-cared-for. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain pristine conditions. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Prepare and serve light meals or snacks when required, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest comfort. Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules efficiently while prioritizing high-traffic areas for maximum cleanliness. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment to preserve flooring quality and appearance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe environment for all. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic cooking skills to prepare simple meals or snacks as needed. Experience with laundry processes and custodial responsibilities is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and carpet cleaning equipment is a plus. Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required.
