Responsibilities Operate laundry machines efficiently to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels with care and precision Handle special laundry requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal to meet guest expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly Assist with general cleaning duties around the hotel premises, including guest rooms and public areas, to uphold hygiene standards Support the housekeeping team by delivering fresh linens promptly and collecting soiled items from guest rooms Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals or operating machinery to ensure a safe work environment Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and stain treatment Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift laundry loads as needed Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to collaborate with team members and serve guests courteously Embark on a fulfilling career path where your dedication ensures our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable stay.
