Heritage Corner is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper for our Assisted Living! Job Overview Join our dedicated team as a Housekeeper in an assisted living community, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will create a warm, welcoming environment for residents. In this vital role, you'll ensure that all living spaces are spotless, safe, and comfortable, contributing to residents' well-being and quality of life. Your energetic approach and thorough cleaning skills will help foster a positive atmosphere where residents feel cared for and valued every day. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all areas to promote health and safety Handle waste disposal and linen management efficiently, ensuring proper procedures are followed Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines consistently Collaborate with staff to address specific resident needs or special cleaning requests Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures necessary for maintaining a clean environment in assisted living settings Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict cleanliness standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in all tasks Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and staff Join us in making a difference by creating a safe, clean, and inviting space for our residents.
