Maintain a positive attitude towards residents, guests, visitors and co-workers Demonstrate attention to detail and thoroughness Ability to follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition Wash, dust, polish, vacuum and sweep Empty and clean trash cans Listen and respond to resident's queries and requests Observe and report maintenance issues
