Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at SureStay by Best Western. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our guests. This role is essential in delivering a positive guest experience and upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and other room supplies Ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and safety standards Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow proper handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when needed Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Dependable with a strong work ethic Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
