Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in creating welcoming environments by performing thorough cleaning, organizing, and sanitation tasks. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care. Prepare and serve meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to support household or guest needs. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Manage custodial responsibilities including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas are hygienic and inviting. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and courteously. Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and overall sanitation procedures. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong focus on sanitation and customer service. Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including carpets, floors, and upholstery; experience with carpet cleaning is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Familiarity with laundry processes and basic cooking skills to assist with meal preparation when necessary. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly approach toward residents or guests; previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly valued. Pay:

$12.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 35.0 per week
