$15.96 per hour About the Role The Westin Cincinnati, managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a reliable and motivated House Attendant to support our housekeeping team. This role is essential in maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked guest areas and back-of-house spaces. Working closely with Room Attendants and housekeeping leadership, you will help ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment for every guest. This is a physically active position that requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent performance. Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred. Key Responsibilities Deliver linens, amenities, and supplies to Room Attendants as needed. Collect trash and soiled linens from guest floors and service areas. Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, elevators, and vending areas. Spot-clean walls, doors, mirrors, and signage; polish elevator interiors and fixtures. Assist with heavier tasks such as moving furniture and rotating mattresses. Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team member requests. Support daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Perform additional duties as assigned by housekeeping leadership. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation). Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an entire 8-hour shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures. Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
