Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team, dedicated to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all residential or commercial spaces are spotless, well-organized, and sanitized. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness and customer service will help create a positive experience for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to residents' or clients' requests and inquiries Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment for all occupants Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation standards Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or clients Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies safely Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Join our team if you're passionate about creating clean and welcoming spaces!
