Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization across various properties. Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation procedures to meet client specifications. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial facilities by following established protocols. Manage your schedule efficiently to serve multiple clients while ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to achieve optimal results. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service. Document completed work and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly to ensure ongoing quality. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general housekeeping management. Familiarity with residential cleaning services or commercial cleaning operations enhances your effectiveness. Experience with laundry services or housekeeper responsibilities is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use is essential. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles can provide a solid foundation for success in this role.
