Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and inviting living spaces for our residents. Your efforts will directly contribute to the comfort and well-being of seniors, ensuring our community remains a place they are proud to call home. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, hallways, and amenities using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected regularly to uphold health standards Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards consistently Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality or senior living communities is highly desirable Join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment where seniors feel cared for and comfortable.
