Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established protocols Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless environment Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, surface cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas to promote hygiene Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Use industrial cleaning equipment effectively for deep cleaning projects when necessary Maintain cleanliness logs and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly to management Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of industrial cleaning tools Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and extended periods of movement Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required Embark on a career where your skills make a tangible difference!
