Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or hospitality spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry needs, and providing outstanding customer service to residents or guests. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living or guest areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed Manage kitchen cleaning tasks including wiping down surfaces, cleaning appliances, and maintaining sanitation standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards in all areas Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial work or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents or guests Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies safely Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating pristine spaces that make residents or guests feel comfortable and cared for!
