Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, housekeeping management, and custodial services. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. The Housekeeper will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facility, ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of client rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment used in the housekeeping process. Adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client & staff requests or concerns regarding cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry or hotel settings. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
