Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and sanitizing high-touch areas regularly. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes to support operational needs. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe working environment for all. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote cleanliness standards. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as assigned to uphold the facility's pristine condition. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
