Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, contributing to the overall guest experience. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are spotless and well-maintained. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed, adhering to hotel standards. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the organization and stocking of cleaning supplies and equipment. Uphold housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations within the team. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and custodial duties is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
