Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various residential and commercial spaces. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you'll play a key role in creating spaces that are not only spotless but also hygienic and inviting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial facilities, or hospitality environments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Maintain floor care by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and performing routine maintenance to preserve flooring quality. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with cleaning services. Manage janitorial tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and cleaning schedules. Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory management of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures across various environments. Familiarity with floor care methods such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with janitorial or commercial cleaning equipment and supplies. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
