House Cleaner

## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team

PART TIME

(10-20 HRS

PER WEEK.

) You will be hired as an independent contractor . Payed weekly!

• There are NO fringe benefits with this position.
• Taxes are NOT withheld. You will receive a 1099 for tax purposes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. ## Duties
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Provide floor care including sweeping, mopping
• Assist with housekeeping management duties as needed
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Handle custodial tasks efficiently
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction ## Experience ###

Required Skills:

• Experience in residential cleaning or related field recommended but not necessary (starting pay will be based on experience)
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently or as a team ###

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping
• Familiarity with customer service principles
• Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively
