Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items. Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards. Skills Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member.
