Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties across various areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, hallways, and service areas Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Assist with hotel or property operations by supporting housekeeping management in daily tasks Conduct janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for efficient operations Support hospitality efforts by ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to promote a secure environment for everyone Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet maintenance Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively in an industrial or commercial setting Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
