In this leadership role, you will manage cleaning, custodial, and hospitality services, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. 6060 Rockside Woods Blvd N, Independence, OH 44131 Spectrum Building Duties Supervise and coordinate janitorial, custodial, and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks Oversee cleaning routines, including floor care, trash removal, laundry services, and surface sanitation to uphold hygiene standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies Provide leadership by training new team members, assigning daily tasks, and monitoring performance to promote a motivated work environment Address any facility issues promptly, including minor repairs or safety concerns, escalating as needed Foster excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff during evening hours Experience Proven supervising or management experience in custodial, janitorial, or hospitality settings Strong background in cleaning procedures, commercial cleaning practices, and housekeeping Supervisor/lead role required.
