Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to maintain lodging properties, including cabins and vacation homes. This position involves cleaning and preparing 12 unique properties all located in the same area to ensure each guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming environment. Pay is $17.00 per hour. Day shift, typically 9:00am-4:30pm days and hours vary based on occupancy and booking schedules. If you take pride in your work, enjoy creating clean and comfortable spaces, and can work independently, we would love to hear from you. Duties Perform detailed cleaning of cabins and vacation homes between guest stays Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and décor Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture Sweep, mop, and sanitize hard-surface floors Change bed linens, make beds to presentation standards, and wash and dry the linens Restock toiletries, linens, and guest supplies as needed Empty, clean, and refill hot tubs Inspect properties for cleanliness, maintenance issues, or damages Ensure each property is guest-ready and meets company standards Follow all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and checklists Requirements Previous housekeeping, hotel, or residential cleaning experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation is required Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential Must be trustworthy and respectful of guest properties Must have a clean background The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
